Covenant Seminar, Sonora, CA

Bob’s Covenant Seminar was “spiritual treasure” mined in the foothills of the Mother Lode. Gathering out on her deck, about 35 people form several different churches spent two days learning about the six Biblical Covenants at the home of Dolores Jones in Jamestown, Ca. Taught from a Jewish perspective, Bob showed how the Covenants God made with Abraham and Moses are still in effect for today.

Between the teaching, Davidic dancing and prayer times, hearts were knit together. This home group, both a weekly Bible study and monthly Chai Night fellowship, began recently with 10 and has grown to 30-40 people, and continues to grow. “Our Chai Night group, which is predominately Gentile, meets monthly to have Shabbat and recapture the lost Jewish roots of our faith. The Covenant Seminar brought everything into clear focus, how we as Gentiles, have been grafted into the family of Abraham, and can enjoy the blessings of the promises made to our spiritual forefathers in the same way as Abraham’s’ natural descendants.
