Just a quick note to let you know that Deuteronomy 27-28 - "The Curse and the Blessing" is available to download. Unfortunately, it went a little longer than normal - just over the size that will fit onto a CD - so I am having it "trimmed" a little. It will still download - so you will be able to listen to it on your computer or MP3 player - but you will not be able to burn it to a CD for another few days.

Also, tomorrow afternoon between 2-5PM I am scheduled to speak to two groups of inmates at the Santa Ana Jail. I was asked to speak on understanding rabbinic methods of communication, or PaRDeS and I would appreciate your prayer.I will be going with a friend who has been ministering there regularly and has been really blessed by the teaching. If you would like a copy of it too - please let me know.

As you know, I went last week to the jail as well - but for some reason, the clerk at the desk did not have a copy of my clearance so I was not able to go in. I'm sure that it was for the best - and am looking forward to tomorrow's visit. I will let you know what happens.

And finally, we will be in Sonora, CA for the High Holidays. We are looking forward to spending some time with the fellowship there. I will also be speaking at St. James Episcopal Church on Sunday, September 16 @ 8:00 and 10:00AM. I will be talking about the Parable of the Unjust Steward. If you live in the area and would like a schedule of events - please let me know and I will forward the schedule to you.
