Ministry Trip

Shalom Everyone: Just a quick note to let you know that Lindy and I will be in Guatemala and El Salvador from August 21 - September 8 on a ministry trip. I will be teaching two-three Seminars during the next two weeks and speaking at a Messianic Congregation.

We are also planning to be in Sonora, CA for the High Holidays beginning Monday evening, September 29th. Hard to believe that the New Year is just around the corner.

As always, we really appreciate your prayer and support. I will still be available by e-mail - so if you need to get in touch with me - feel free. Be well. Shalom uv'rachot (Peace and Blessings). Bob

Shalom Everyone:

Just a quick note to let you know that Deuteronomy 27-28 - "The Curse and the Blessing" and Deuteronomy 29 - "Grace, Faith & Torah" is available to download. Just paste this address into your web-browser and follow the download instructions: http://www.eshavbooks.org/Latest.htm to see what is available. Also, Jennifer Hasa ("Graphic Tiger") has re-designed our web-site! It should be "up" soon - Baruch HaShem!

The jail visit went great! We met with two groups of guys for about an hour-and-a-half each. As it turned out, I talked about the history and the faith of the first believers in Yeshua - and what the early "messianic movement" was like. We had a good discussion with good interaction - and both groups asked if I could come back next week. Of course I will be not be available - but hope to go back in about a month. Also, It was not possible to record - but I did talk about things that are discussed at length in the "Covenant," "Acts" and "Anti-Semitism" seminars.

We will be in Sonora, CA for the High Holidays. We are looking forward to spending some time with the fellowship there. I will also be speaking at St. James Episcopal Church on Sunday, September 16 @ 8:00 and 10:00AM. I will be talking about the Parable of the Unjust Steward. If you live in the area and would like a schedule of events - please let me know and I will forward a schedule to you.

May the Lord bless you, keep you and anoint you with His Spirit. Lord willing, we will see all of you soon. Thanks to those of you who pray for us, support the work financially and/or labor together with us.

Shalom Everyone:

This has been a very busy year! It is hard to believe that Rosh HaShanah is just a few weeks away.

Lindy and I will be celebrating the High Holidays with the Sonora Messianic Fellowship. We are looking forward to a rich and rewarding High Holiday season. If you plan to be in "Gold-rush" country for the Holidays please get in touch with me for a full schedule of services and events.

Also, wanted to let you know that Jennifer Hasa and Jonah Olivo have been working hard on the web-site! - It is more "user-friendly" than ever. And, they have managed to post all of my current (and many of my past) weekly studies from Shomrey Tzedek. Baruch HaShem! They are easy to download to your computer and burn to a CD.

I have just completed a very important 4-part series called "The Shema - Understanding the Nature of God." Just paste this address into your web-browser and follow the download instructions: http://www.eshavbooks.org/Latest.htm to see what is available now.

And, Lord willing it will soon be possible to download the studies directly to your iPod.

The series is also available as a "mini-Seminar" on CD-rom in a nice CD-case. If you would prefer it this way - please let us know.

Please get in touch with me if you would like to arrange a Seminar in your area.

I am working on several new ones. One on the role of women in the Temple, in the synagogue and understanding what Paul says about women - a Survey of Rabbinic Literature - and one on Hebrew idioms in the New Covenant.

May the Lord bless you, keep you and anoint you with His Spirit. Lord willing, we will see all of you soon. Thanks to those of you who pray for us, support the work financially and/or labor together with us.

Shalom Everyone:

As you know, Lindy and I attend the Conference of La Higuera - a ministry headquartered in Honduras each year. It is usually held in different Central American countries, although last year it was held in Bogota, Columbia. This year is their 25th anniversary and the Conference is being held in Spain and in Israel. The organization is a great blessing - and all of the people who are involved in it are very precious! We leave early tomorrow morning. I will be teaching in Spain and throughout Israel. We would really appreciate it if you would keep this trip in prayer - and pray especially that the Lord would anoint every conference attendee and draw those to the Conference who have a heart for His Word.

Shalom uv'rachot (Peace and Blessings). Bob
